Professionalism was severely lacking — the contractor changed the agreed scope of work without any communication, failed to supervise his crew, and left the property damaged. Project completion was nearly a failure: the initial installation caused new flooding problems that did not exist before, required a forced return visit under threat of non-payment, and even after remediation, sprinkler heads were installed incorrectly. Experience is called into serious question given the crew's inability to properly repair sprinkler heads and the poor drainage routing decision that worsened the customer's situation. Pricing received a neutral score only because a written estimate was provided upfront and agreed upon — there is no mention of hidden charges, though the value delivered was extremely poor relative to cost.
