This single review documents severe deficiencies across multiple dimensions. Professionalism failures include leaving doors open, creating debris hazards, and careless cleanup requiring neighbor compensation. Project completion was critically compromised with improper installations, rework required, structural damage (wall breach), and incomplete corrections requiring three separate licensed professionals to remediate. Experience/workmanship was severely deficient, evidenced by non-square construction, code violations (electrical fire hazard, non-code plumbing), improper valve installation, unsealed drains creating pest/water damage risk, and incorrect pipe sizing. The contractor's inability to complete work correctly necessitated $600+ in emergency plumbing repairs plus additional electrical and structural fixes. Read less
