Project completion is perhaps the most damning dimension: multiple reviewers describe jobs that were never finished, parts never ordered or installed, follow-through that never materialized, and in one case a court judgment the company refused to honor. Pricing drew consistent complaints about hidden charges, wildly inflated estimates, and charges that bore no relationship to the work performed. Experience scores marginally higher only because a small number of individual technicians (Tommy, Greg Chavez, Quinton) were praised by name, but these bright spots are vastly outnumbered by accounts of botched installations, wrong-sized equipment, voided warranties, mold damage, and technicians who openly admitted they lacked the skill set to complete a job.
