Professionalism is critically low, with every reviewer citing non-responsiveness to calls, texts, and emails, as well as dismissive and unprofessional behavior toward clients. Project completion is the most damning dimension: multiple reviewers explicitly state that work was never finished, timelines were drastically exceeded, and in one case the contractor allegedly misappropriated client funds for other projects. Pricing received a very low score due to one allegation of being overdrawn on contract amounts and another alleging money was taken without delivering results. Experience received a marginally higher score only because one reviewer noted that the owner does good work when he personally performs the job, but this is heavily offset by the systemic failures in delivery and follow-through.
