Project completion is catastrophically poor — the roof repair failed within 6 months, the plumbing repair was done incorrectly (5 inches replaced instead of 5 feet), a crawl space vent was left unattached, and the contractor allegedly caused new leaks that did not exist before his work. Experience scores are also extremely low, as the workmanship described is not only substandard but actively harmful — the client was left in a worse position than before hiring him.
