The contractor failed to complete work as contracted, charged extra for incomplete items and mistakes, demonstrated poor workmanship (unlevel flooring, paint over fixtures, misaligned doors), and showed minimal accountability through the project manager. Communication was poor, with the owner repeatedly ignored by leadership.
