This single review describes an extremely serious incident in which the contractor's crew allegedly entered the reviewer's private property without permission by cutting through a shared fence, did so while a chained dog was present, and then verbally abused the homeowner when confronted. Police were reportedly called. The fence was never properly repaired — only temporarily zip-tied — leaving the yard open for over a year and a half, resulting in the reviewer's children being attacked by dogs entering through the gap. Professionalism scores near zero due to the alleged trespassing, verbal abuse toward a woman by multiple adult workers, and complete lack of accountability. Project completion also scores near zero because the damaged fence was never restored to its original condition despite being the contractor's responsibility to remedy. Read less
