This single review describes a negative experience with Drain Pro. The contractor performed diagnostic work (camera inspection) but failed to complete the project and did not follow up with the customer despite being referred by another plumber. The $585 charge for incomplete service and lack of callback represents poor professionalism and project completion. While the technical work performed (camera run, downspout cutting) suggests some baseline experience, the overall execution and customer service were severely deficient. Read less
