Both available reviews are severely negative and paint a deeply troubling picture of this contractor. Professionalism is critically low, with both reviewers independently reporting racist behavior from the contractor identified as 'Chet' — one via a direct racist comment sent via message after the job, and one overheard during the work itself. Project completion is also very poor, with the one job that was nominally completed leaving the toilet in a worse state than before. The second reviewer cancelled the work entirely before it could be finished due to the contractor's conduct.
