Pricing is the weakest dimension, with multiple reviewers explicitly describing hidden fees, inflated quotes, and what they perceived as predatory pricing toward vulnerable customers. Project completion is also problematic, with at least one case of faulty installation causing property damage and no management follow-up, and another where the diagnostic conclusion was outright wrong.
