However, three detailed negative reviews (2014, 2017 x2) describe a serious and consistent pattern of billing disputes, incomplete work, aggressive collection behavior, shoddy workmanship, and failure to honor walk-throughs or resolve disputes professionally. These negative reviews are highly specific, credible, and corroborated by one another, which significantly drags down scores across all dimensions — particularly project completion and pricing.
