Pricing scores extremely low due to multiple reports of undisclosed charges, inflated estimates far above competitors, and refusal to waive fees even when no work was performed. Project completion is similarly devastated by explicit accounts of abandoned jobs, unfulfilled contracts, and work left incomplete or non-functional.
