However, professionalism is significantly dragged down by two serious negative incidents: a 2018 review describing extremely abusive and profane communication toward a prospective customer, and a 2015 review describing a no-call, no-show after a confirmed appointment. These incidents are severe enough to substantially reduce the professionalism score despite the majority of reviews being positive.
