While the initial boiler installation in 2006 was praised as excellent, the subsequent service calls in 2010 reveal critical failures in project completion and professionalism. Mr. Gwitt failed to resolve the boiler issue across three consecutive service visits, refused to return during an emergency, and then billed for all four visits without adjustment despite the incomplete work. The only positive note is demonstrated technical skill from the original installation, but this is heavily outweighed by the failure to complete repairs and poor customer service. Read less
