The salesperson (Valentina) failed to accurately enter product specifications, resulting in nearly all items being incorrect—wrong finishes (stainless steel instead of matte black), wrong drain configuration, and insufficient quantity of sinks. The company refused accountability and demanded an additional $600 to correct the errors. The customer was forced to cancel most of the order, delaying a home renovation during pregnancy.
