This contractor shows highly inconsistent performance across reviews spanning 2015–2021. The 2021 fire alarm review is exceptionally positive, praising responsiveness, fair pricing, and quality work. However, three detailed negative reviews from 2016–2017 document serious issues: incomplete work, poor material choices, unprofessional staff behavior, scheduling failures, billing disputes, and refusal to correct contractor errors. Project completion is particularly problematic, with multiple instances of unfinished work and work that required expensive rework.
