The review set is deeply polarized, with two strongly positive reviews offset by two severely negative ones — one of which is among the most detailed and damning contractor complaints possible. The 2014 review describes months of abandoned work, improper installations, code violations, fraudulent upselling, and a lawsuit, which catastrophically drags down project completion, experience, and pricing scores. The sticker vandalism complaint from 2015 further undermines professionalism. The two positive reviews (2017 and 2023) provide some counterweight but are insufficient to overcome the severity and specificity of the negative accounts.
