The contractor installed a compressor incorrectly and then attempted to charge the customer for the resulting labor to fix their own mistake, indicating poor professionalism and questionable billing practices. Project completion is severely undermined by the fact that the installed compressor began leaking within six weeks and the company then refused to honor any warranty or return to service the work they performed. The technical error of hooking up the compressor incorrectly reflects poorly on workmanship and experience. Pricing concerns are significant given the customer paid $3,700 total, was partially charged for a contractor error, and ultimately received no working system or warranty support. Read less
