Project completion is catastrophically poor — jobs were left unfinished for weeks or months, work orders were falsely marked complete, and in at least two cases the customer or a family member had to fix the problem themselves. Experience scores are also very low, with one review explicitly describing a technician redirecting a drain incorrectly rather than clearing it, and another describing a technician guessing at parts. The only positive review (5 stars, 2017) describes a fast and efficient experience, but it stands alone against 14 negative reviews and is now over six years old, significantly reducing its weight.
