However, a substantial and consistent body of negative reviews across multiple years documents serious failures in professionalism: repeated no-shows, unanswered phones, missed appointments, rude office staff, and complete communication breakdowns. Project completion is the most damaged dimension, with multiple credible accounts of abandoned jobs, uninspected work, code violations, and work that was billed but not performed.
