This single review describes an extraordinarily severe failure across every dimension evaluated. The contractor performed unlicensed electrical work that created fire hazards, executed defective plumbing with leaking and improperly joined pipes, skipped required insulation in a cold-climate home, and delivered carpentry that had to be entirely redone — representing a near-total failure of workmanship and experience. Professionalism was catastrophically poor: the contractor demanded advance payments erratically, disappeared for extended periods, communicated abusively, made physical threats, and ultimately placed a lien on the property rather than remedying defective work. Pricing was deceptive, as the contractor solicited work outside his licensed scope under the guise of offering cheap rates, resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in losses for the customer. Project completion was essentially nonexistent — no work met acceptable standards, all of it required complete redoing by other contractors, and the contractor refused to return to fix any issues.
