Ken demonstrates strong professionalism in communication and responsiveness in his best work (Review 1), but this is significantly undermined by serious lapses in punctuality and follow-through documented in Reviews 2 and 3. Project completion is consistently problematic: one installation left a major mess, another missed promised time windows by hours, and most critically, a water heater installation in Review 5 contained a fundamental technical error (reversed inlet/outlet connections) that went unresolved for 11 months and required a third party to fix. Pricing appears fair when he completes work, but the pattern of incomplete accountability and technical failures substantially reduces overall trustworthiness.
