Both reviews are strongly negative and paint a consistent picture of poor performance across all dimensions. Professionalism is severely undermined by deceptive phone quotes, high-pressure sales tactics during emergencies, and failure to disclose travel/service fees upfront. Pricing is a central complaint in both reviews, with customers feeling misled, overcharged, and taken advantage of during vulnerable situations. Project completion is critically poor — in one case the contractor lacked the equipment to do the job at all yet still charged a fee, and in the other the drain was only partially cleared with a toilet left improperly reseated and subsequent water damage reported. Experience scores low as well, given the inability to complete the drain job in Review 1 and the questionable diagnosis and partial fix in Review 2. Read less
