Pricing complaints are pervasive and severe, with numerous accounts of hidden fees, undisclosed emergency surcharges, lack of itemized billing, and markups of 300–400% on parts. Project completion is also deeply problematic, with multiple reviews describing misdiagnoses, repeat failures to fix the same issue, and work that had to be redone by other contractors. A small number of positive reviews describe courteous and effective technicians, which prevents scores from reaching zero, but these are clearly in the minority and several are older than 12 months.
