The owner promised a quote, delayed significantly, and then ignored multiple follow-up requests without ever delivering the quote or explanation. While the contractor showed competence and fair pricing communication, the complete breakdown in project completion (quote never delivered) and professionalism (poor responsiveness and follow-through) severely undermines confidence.
