Pricing scores extremely low because both customers paid significant fees and received no value — in fact, both suffered additional financial harm as a direct result of the contractor's work. Project completion is near zero as neither job was completed correctly: the leak was not found in either case, no follow-through occurred, and promised callbacks were not honored.
