Pricing initially appeared competitive but Review 1 reveals an attempt to charge $3,500 for work that was the city's responsibility at no cost, indicating deceptive or negligent pricing practices. Project completion is critically poor — one job took 4 weeks instead of 2 days, and in the second review BJ collected nearly full payment and then abandoned an unfinished job entirely. Experience is questionable given the description of the crew as unprofessional, the incomplete workmanship leaving an unsealed wall opening, and the near-fraudulent job scoping in Review 1. Read less
