Pricing is the weakest dimension, with multiple credible complaints about excessive markups (600%+ on parts), opaque billing, undisclosed liens, high-pressure upselling tactics, and refusal to itemize invoices. Project completion is also mixed: while many jobs are completed well, there are documented cases of abandoned work, no-shows, failed callbacks, repeat service failures on the same issue, and jobs left incomplete requiring return visits.
