Pricing was flagged negatively in all three reviews, with charges coming in hundreds to over a thousand dollars more than quoted, and no transparency around costs. Project completion is the most damning dimension: in all three cases the original problem was never resolved, with one customer still without a working unit four months after the initial call. Experience scores are also very low, as technicians misdiagnosed problems in at least two reviews, recommended unnecessary and expensive replacements, and in one case admitted they may have installed the wrong part entirely.
