Project completion is fundamentally broken—work is abandoned, homes are damaged and flooded, and promised callbacks are never honored. Pricing practices are deceptive, with customers reporting being charged for damage the contractor caused and being overcharged for unnecessary work. Technical experience is severely lacking, evidenced by misdiagnosis, failure to properly inspect issues, and incorrect problem identification that led to denied insurance claims.
