Clear Flow Septic demonstrates severe and consistent deficiencies across all dimensions. Professionalism is critically compromised by documented instances of rudeness, hanging up on customers, screaming at clients, and unprofessional office staff behavior. Pricing practices are deceptive, with multiple customers reporting bait-and-switch tactics, undisclosed fees, hidden charges, and aggressive upselling after work begins. Project completion is unreliable, with numerous no-shows, missed appointments, incomplete work (pumping only one side of tanks), failure to follow through on callbacks, and work that fails inspections. While some technical competence is evident in emergency response and successful installations, this is severely undermined by poor workmanship (disconnected baffles, incorrect electrical connections, incomplete drain field installations without filters as promised).
