Pricing is predatory with massive cost overruns (20K jobs exceeding 50K+), undisclosed charges, and billing for work not performed. While some technical work was initially completed, the overall execution quality is undermined by fundamental incompetence (burst pipes, equipment damage) and lack of accountability.
