Pricing is a major concern with numerous complaints of overcharging, hidden fees, double-billing, and aggressive upselling of unnecessary services. Project completion is undermined by incomplete work, repeated callbacks for the same issue, work that made problems worse, and abandonment of customers mid-project. While some technicians (particularly Jordan) demonstrate competence and skill, the company overall shows poor workmanship, lack of proper training, and inconsistent quality.
