Pricing received a near-zero score because the contractor demanded payment well above the signed contract amount mid-project, a serious breach of transparency and fair dealing. Project completion failed critically — rough plumbing was left incomplete, errors required multiple reworks due to the crew not consulting plans or fixture specifications, and the contractor ultimately abandoned the job unless paid extra. Experience scores were also very low, as the workmanship was described as sloppy, full of errors, and cutting corners, with the replacement contractor completing the work more efficiently and at lower cost.
