Pricing scored near zero due to charges exceeding the written contract, demands for $4,000 in unauthorized additional costs, and a stopped payment on a reimbursement check. Project completion scored very low due to work being done on an unpredictable schedule, a broken shower door that was never properly remedied, and apparent abandonment of contractual obligations. Experience received a marginally higher score only because some work was apparently performed, though the broken shower door and unresolved issues suggest poor workmanship.
