This single review describes severe deficiencies across all dimensions. Professionalism was compromised by chronic lateness (5+ hours), forgotten tools/materials, and failure to honor callbacks. Pricing appeared initially attractive but resulted in double costs for customer to fix work. Project completion was critically incomplete—flooring left unfinished in multiple areas, backsplash crooked and uneven, with substandard materials (cardboard underlayment) used deceptively. Experience/workmanship was poor, evidenced by premature cracking and incomplete installations. The contractor also misused customer photos on their website without permission, suggesting dishonest marketing practices. Read less
