Project completion is similarly poor, with accounts of incomplete work, a dangerous gas leak caused by a technician that went unaddressed for days, and technicians leaving jobs unfinished. Pricing concerns include being charged for incorrect installations and then charged again to fix the contractor's own errors, as well as disputed travel fees. Experience scores are dragged down by a cracked gas pipe, a wrongly installed shower handle, and a general pattern of substandard workmanship — though one highly positive review from 2014 describes an impressive emergency main line repair, it is a single outlier against a strong negative trend.
